Until recently, Chris was the CEO of the Aptus group of companies, having established the business in 1999 and grown it across three continents and four countries, with a footprint encompassing Australia, Canada, South Africa and Mozambique.The Aptus group provides a range of strategic ICT, cloud and enterprise mobility consulting services and solutions, with a tight focus on security, identity and access management (IAM).

Gideon has worked in global financial markets in various CFO roles for a number of years. He has worked in various projects in industries including ICT, Renewable energy, Construction and Manufacturing.
He specialises in financial modelling, process and performance improvement, financial evaluation and shared services. He is passionate about business transformation and enhancement.

Bongani Nhlapo
Bongani is a seasoned executive with 17 years of shared service centre (SSC) and executive management experience in the private and public sectors. His experience and skills include, inter alia, project management, research, design and implementation of the balanced score card, change and stakeholder management and business process re-engineering. He has held senior and executive roles at SAAB Grintek, Gauteng Shared Services Centre and the Road Accident Fund.
Bongani’s experience in running and managing long-term, multi-stakeholder, multiple-work-stream projects has equipped him with good project direction skills.
Mike Goss
Mike is a motivated, results-driven business developer and owner with hands-on customer service and property development experience. He is resourceful and proactive, combining effective communication skills with extensive product knowledge to identify opportunities and deliver a satisfactory outcome for both customer and company whilst working alone and as part of a larger team. He founded Swargoss Investments, which was sold to a large South African financial institution and is the owner of Goss Construction, which develops both commercial and residential property in South Africa.
Mike is a passionate aviator / pilot with thorough experience dealing with African countries.
Johan Swart
Johan is one of the founders of Aptus Mozambique and have extensive experience in Human Resource Management, international business development, innovation and organisational transformation. He holds a MBA degree in Human Resource Transformation from the University of Newport (USA) and has been involved in business ventures in Mozambique for many years, gaining practical knowledge of the Mozambican Law and processes.
Flossina Duarte
Sinna is a Mozambican national with a Bachelors degree from Instituto Polit cnico de Tecnologia e Empreendedorismo (IPTE) (Maputo) in Human Resources and extensive experience of managing all aspects of a large workforce. She speaks Portuguese, English and Chuabo. Her work experience includes the management of the full HR function for a large organisation and working for international organisations such as the United Nations.
